This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
